The Men of Southeast Raleigh Helping the Kids

Each week, we—the Men of Southeast Raleigh—continue our commitment to supporting students through the Partner Read Program at Southeast Raleigh Elementary School. Our presence is consistent, compassionate, and deeply intentional. By volunteering our time to read one-on-one with students, we work to build confidence, strengthen literacy skills, and show our children that their success matters.

Reading is fundamental—not just for academic growth, but for unlocking imagination, opportunity, and lifelong learning. We believe in this work, and our ongoing dedication reflects what true community looks like when we show up for one another. Raleigh’s future is brighter because of our collective effort.

We are just a community group and not a non for profit but we can still use your help please consider a gift this season.
