Get Hopping! 🐰 Help Us Plan the St. Ambrose Easter Egg Extravaganza

Spring is in the air, and you know what that means—it’s almost time for our annual Easter Egg Event! To make this year’s celebration the best one yet for our community, we need your brainpower and your helping hands.
Whether you’re a master at hiding eggs or just love seeing the kids’ faces light up, we’d love to have you join our planning committee.

📍 Meeting Details
Mark your calendars:

  • When: Thursday, March 26th @ 6:30 PM
  • Where: St. Ambrose Church
  • Address: 813 Darby St, Raleigh, NC 27610
    📝 What’s on the Agenda?
We want to keep things organized and efficient, so we’ll be focusing on five key areas:
  • The Setup: Mapping out the “hunting grounds” and getting the decorations ready.
  • The Feast: Planning the snacks, drinks, and treats (because you can’t hunt on an empty stomach!).
  • The Fun: Brainstorming games, crafts, and activities beyond the big hunt.
  • The Clean-Up: Ensuring we leave our beautiful grounds better than we found them.
  • The Details: Tackling those “other incidentals”—prizes, volunteers, and weather backups.
  • Why Join?
Events like these are the heartbeat of our community. It’s a great way to meet your neighbors, earn some volunteer hours, or simply give back to the Raleigh community. Plus, there might just be some early-bird “tester” candy involved!
